Walk-ins are welcome, but booking an appointment is recommended to secure your preferred time — especially for weekends or group sessions. You can book through our website, by phone, or directly at any of our locations. For VIP or group bookings, a deposit may be required.

Yes. Each deluxe location features VIP private suites that accommodate 6 - 10 guests — perfect for corporate wellness, celebrations, or couples’ experiences.

Coal Harbour: Paid street and public lot parking. (parking is not permitted on West Pender Street between 3 PM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday.)

Richmond: Two-hour free indoor parking. North Vancouver & Burnaby: Public and on-site parking available. 

We use locally made almond essential oils and high-quality natural ingredients to ensure every treatment is gentle, soothing, and sustainable.  

Nothing at all — we provide towels, slippers, and refreshments. Simply arrive, relax, and enjoy your experience.

Many of our treatments are safe for expectant guests. Please let us know in advance so we can recommend the most suitable options.

Our Coal Harbour, Richmond, and North Vancouver spas are part of the Deluxe Program, created to deliver an elevated and luxurious experience. Each location features refined décor, upgraded amenities, and a serene atmosphere that reflects its premium setting. Due to the higher operational costs of maintaining these exclusive environments, pricing and select services may vary slightly from those at our Burnaby location. Still, every guest can expect the same signature Yuen Spa standard — exceptional care, professionalism, and genuine dedication to well-being. 

Yes. Our VIP private suites are ideal for corporate wellness sessions, team gatherings, and private celebrations. Yes. Gift cards are available for any service at all locations — a thoughtful way to share wellness with loved ones or colleagues.

A deposit is required to confirm large group or VIP suite bookings. Deposits are fully refundable with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made after that time are non-refundable. If fewer guests arrive than originally booked, the remaining balance will still apply to the reserved number of guests. Additional guests can be accommodated, subject to therapist and room availability.

We kindly ask all guests to arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and relax before their session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time.

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before your treatment. Personal storage cupboards are available, but we are not responsible for lost items.

Yuen Spa maintains a calm and professional environment — inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Service prices may vary by location, and deposits or service fees are non-refundable once treatment begins.  

Your comfort is our priority. If you experience any discomfort or prefer adjustments during your treatment, please let your therapist or our front desk team know right away — we’ll do our best to make it right.  

Once a session has begun, service fees are non-refundable, but we’ll happily pause, modify, or switch your service to ensure you leave feeling relaxed and cared for.
